Over 400 runners invaded the Newlands Valley on what was a near perfect day for running, with a gentle breeze taking the edge off the strong sun. The in form Morgan Donnelly was a clear winner, despite some dubious route choices. Jim Davies was 3rd overall, 1st MV40, with a further 3 Borrowdale runners inside the top 8. Nicola Davies continued her strong start to the season, with 1st FV50, 153rd overall.
